After 10 years in community and regional theatre as a Costume Designer, Diane came to MIT in 1995. She has taught costume design at the high school level and most recently with a summer arts program sponsored by the City of Boston for inner-city youth. What was once a hobby has become a profession. Diane oversees not only thew ork with the students in the Costume Shop, but is responsible for the rental of costumes to other groups on campus and the community at large. She is currently working on developing specifications for a computerized inventory system for the MIT costume stock.
